Clinical Pilates.

Our one-on-one Movement Therapy and Clinical Pilates sessions focus less on repetitions and sets and rather on the quality of movement achieved — uncovering your underlying movement potential, giving you a new understanding of your body, and increasing control, strength and awareness. All sessions are led by physiotherapists with advanced training so we can direct bill your extended benefits provider for physiotherapy services.

*An initial physiotherapy or pelvic health physiotherapy assessment is required before you can book clinical pilates sessions.

Undivided attention + support as you learn more effective movement strategies

Our focus is on cultivating your mind-body connection so you can realize fitness goals and better your physical health.

Clinical Pilates uses precise exercises — with attention to alignment, breathing, and relaxation throughout — to develop and reinforce more optimal movement strategies for your body that increase stability, improve your posture, and prevent injury. This is achieved through spring-loaded equipment like our reformer, tower, and chair, as well as through mat-based exercises.

During all sessions, you’ll receive one-on-one instruction and professional guidance to ensure you’re activating the right muscle groups and experiencing the full benefit of each exercise. Clinical Pilates is excellent for sporting rehabilitation, desk workers looking to improve movement options, as well as pregnancy and postpartum support and strengthening.
