Staff Policy:

• Staff will not be attending in-person visits if they have any Covid-19 related symptoms or if they test positive but are asymptomatic.

• Staff can return to the clinic if asymptomatic and have been testing negative after 5 days.

• All staff will wear a mask at in person appointments.

• Proper handwashing techniques are used for patient contacts and also throughout shifts to ensure safety.

• All high-use areas will be cleaned multiple times per shift and all equipment cleaned after every use.

• All communal surfaces are cleaned after every use. 

• All bed linens are changed between clients.

• Virtual appointments are always for those who prefer not to attend in-person visits but would like physiotherapy or pilates, or support. 

Our Requests:

• Please arrive at your appointment time only, and not early, to help with distancing.

• Masks are recommended but no longer mandatory for clients.

• If you have a cough, fever, or any other symptoms, please do contact us to switch to a virtual session.

• if you have recently tested positive or been ill with Covid-19, you may resume in-person appointments after 5 days of your positive test or your onset of symptoms so long as you are asymptomatic if you are vaccinated, and 10 days if you are unvaccinated.

• This takes teamwork and cooperation to achieve as we continue to work to keep everyone as safe as possible in the clinic with these policies. Thank you for your ongoing understanding!
