Kim Rae

Kim is the founder of the clinic and with almost 20 years of movement and rehabilitation experience, Kim is passionate about helping people achieve balance, ease and more functional choices with their movement patterns. She loves uncovering the real 'why' of what’s causing symptoms and helping clients relearn forgotten patterns of movement.

She’s thrilled to see clients’ get relief from their symptoms through uncommon approaches and has worked intentionally to make her clinic a comfortable space where she can really listen to clients’ stories and explore what is going on through full-body assessment and movement exploration.

Kim’s primary role is as a registered physiotherapist offering pelvic health physiotherapy, cranio-sacral & visceral therapies and clinical pilates. In addition, as the lead clinical educator, Kim works with her wonderful team to keep up to date on current practices and new techniques during their monthly in-services.

Along with the wonderful Client Care team, Kim manages the day-to-day runnings of the clinic and can’t wait to welcome you soon! Kim is available in clinic and via email Wednesdays-Saturdays.

Ella Hebron

In her 12 years of experience as a registered Physiotherapist, Ella has built upon her knowledge in a variety of areas including intensive care rehabilitation, oncology, acute neurology, spinal cord injury rehab and cardiorespiratory. Ella has also completed additional training in pelvic floor physiotherapy since moving from the UK to Vancouver in 2021 and is thoroughly enjoying helping with all pelvic floor complaints, providing pregnancy support and postpartum care. Additionally, Ella is currently completing her qualification as a clinical pilates physiotherapist to further aid strength, mobility and movement rehabilitation.

Ella finds joy in supporting clients to realize their individual rehabilitation goals while empowering and building confidence in their treatment and recovery. Ella is passionate about educating clients and providing them with the right tools for ongoing recovery and integrating change into everyday movement.

EDUCATION: Registered Physiotherapist, advanced training in Pelvic Floor, pregnancy + postpartum support, Clinical Pilates, Intramuscular stimulation (IMS), Bobath technique.

Jennifer Thomas

With a passion for helping her patients through a collaborative approach and individualized care, Jennifer enjoys working with people of all ages and conditions, including, spinal cord injuries, high-level sports, ICU cardiorespiratory, and pediatric neurorehabilitation.

Jennifer works as an interim physiotherapist and has completed advanced training pelvic floor physiotherapy and also offers clinical pilates visits to help her clients achieve their athletic, rehabilitation and movement goals.

Jennifer is very passionate about staying active, spending much of her spare time outdoors, and can’t wait to welcome you to the clinic!

EDUCATION: Master in Physiotherapy, BSc in Biomedical Physiology, registered Physiotherapist, Advanced training in Pelvic Floor, pregnancy & postpartum support, Clinical Pilates and Kinesiology.

Tess Kruspe

Tess has a background in sports and a keen interest in sports-related injuries and women’s health. Having completed her Master’s of Physiotherapy at McMaster University, following a BSc in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, she strongly believes in utilizing individualized treatment plans, including manual therapy techniques, functional exercise-based rehabilitation, and education.

She has experience working with individuals of various ages, backgrounds and injuries and enjoys tailoring her treatment approach for each individual to fit their lifestyle best. Her specialization in pelvic health allows her to guide individuals through pregnancies, postpartum recovery, changes associated with menopause, pelvic pain and more.

Tess loves to stay active through weightlifting, swimming, and hiking. She prioritizes an active approach to recovery with all of her clients, regardless of their method of movement. Seeing her clients get more comfortable with exercise and enjoy movement again is the best reward!

EDUCATION: Registered Physiotherapist, Certified in Manual Therapy & Soft Tissue Release, Levels 1-3 in pelvic health & contemporary medical acupuncture.

Chula

Meet our Customer Service Specialist!

Sweet little Chula is in the clinic multiple times per week providing a warm welcome, cuddles when needed and a calming, gentle presence- compensated for her time with lots of love, free massages and treats!

 

 

Angie Lamb

Angie is a trauma-informed Therapeutic Yoga Teacher with over 800 hours of training and a C-IAYT candidate with a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from the Vancouver School of Healing Arts (VSOHA). 

Dedicated to deepening her knowledge of yoga, Angie is passionate about teaching and articulating the healing modality of yoga to her clients. Integrating her interest in science with yogic practices, she aims to support her clients by uncovering the root of discomfort whether that be physical, mental or emotional. From there, working in tandem with her clients, she offers specific movement, breathwork and meditation practices to help individuals find more ease. 

Angie is trained in the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) of physical assessment (Lee & Lee), Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga for Women's Health, Myofascial Massage, Adaptive + Accessible Yoga and Subtle Body Anatomy. She enjoys supporting individuals with mobility, pain management, and nervous system regulation. 

Education: 

Yoga Therapy Diploma, Yoga Nidra Certificate (20hrs), Polyvagal Exercises for Safety and Connection (20hrs), Yoga for Athletes (20hrs), Myofascial Release Training (15hrs)
